Not what I ordered
Monday, December 10, 2012I ordered a verticle thermostat because that is what would cover the opening in my wall. A horizontal thermostat was shipped because that is all they had. Someone should have contacted me to see if that was ok? DrillSpot should only post what is in stock or not ship a substitute without checking. Or send a substitute of a higher grade that is acceptable. Time was wasted with my A/C not operational in south Florida. now my numbers are at 90 degrees.
