- Type 27 Flap Discs
- Grind and finish in one easy step. Flap wear continually exposes new abrasive grain for longer work life. Lasts up to 15 times longer than conventional abrasive discs. For use with steel, stainless steel, aluminum grinding and finishing, metal fabrication, deburring, weld removal and blending, stock removal and dressing.
- Weiler Big Cat High Density Phenolic Backed
- Grind faster, last longer than standard flap discs. Feature a thicker disc with larger abrasive flaps for increased conformability on uneven or contoured surfaces.
- Note: Discs should be 1 or 2 grits coarser than resin fiber grinding discs for optimum results. Exception: For 36 grit use same grit size.
