Universal Joint Boots
- On-site replaceable boots ensure proper lubrication and increase universal joint life up to 5 times. All universal joints come pregrooved to accommodate boots. Use grease 6Y786; see page 3833 (not included). Joint boots are sold in packages of 2, and each boot comes with 2 tie wraps. Suitable for upper-type boots for D-type universal joints with diameters of 1-1/2" and smaller, and lower type boots for diameters greater than 1-1/2".
