Tuesday, November 27, 2012I ordered this product and for two weeks never received it or a shipment notification and when I called to see what was going on with my order, I was greeted by a less than pleasant customer service agent. She was rude and border line disrespectful. This was the first time I ordered anything from this company. Not a great first impression. A company's customer service represtatives are a customers first impression and when trying a new vendor, first impressions are key. Just a word of advise for the agent I spoke with.... When a customer calls concerned about their order, it is your job to be understanding and helpful, not rude and condescending..
The product was just what I needed and what I ordered.
