Punch and Die Sets
- These versatile tools provide a convenient, economical way to make custom washers, shims, and gaskets. Base and punches are made of a hardened and ground A-2 tool steel for long life.
- "The Big" TruPunch
- Self-centering punch and die set makes larger custom shims, washers, and gaskets. Cuts brass, copper, aluminum, rubber, and plastic up to 0.020" thick, and steel up to 0.015" thick; cuts stainless and blue tempered steel shims up to 0.010" thick. Works in conjunction with Precision Brand's TruPunch , 3L761. I.D. pilots are interchangeable to allow for 77 O.D. and I.D. shim combinations. Punch sizes: 7/8", 1, 1-1/8", and 1-1/4". I.D. pilot sizes: 3/4", 7/8", 1", and 1-1/8".
