Doesn't workMonday, December 17, 2012
I was replacing a fan control on a garage heater. It had no numbers or letters to identify it and the company mover to China. So I ordered your control hoping it would work but it doesn't. Not your fault. I Think the control needs a lower temp than 90 %to work on my heater. Thanks

The differential was about 17F but it is definitely better than a fixed temp snap disc.
Male .250 disconnects should be available oriented 90 degrees

The product was just as described. We were able to install and adjust perfectly, even at an awkward angle.
A unit with a 10 degree F differential would be a welcome addition to this line of snap discs.
Nice Switch That Works With TemperatureSaturday, June 12, 2010
There were no instructions included with this controller. Fortunately, I was replacing a similar item with is one. Make sure you connect either the two black wires to each terminal OR the white wires to each terminal. The remaining black or white wires should be tied together and capped. The other aspect is the disc in back is too big to protrude through a standard stamp out in the box, like the previous version of this product did that was replaced. So I made a mount for it in the box - a lot of extra work. But the device functions well with the temperature at which you want your fan to turn on, like I have it installed for my attic vent fan.
