Saturday, March 16, 2013This thermostat was easy to install and works just like advertised. A nice backup for my gas stove, and it keeps the room temp more even when it's windy outide. Super easy to operate, too.

Tuesday, March 06, 2012Great thermostat, does exactly what is needed. Install was fast and simple, all required materials supplied. MUch better than mechanical dials. Great backlight and very accurate. The variable power heating keeps the temp constant without using the heaters at full bglast. Highly reccommended, Drillspot is a pleasure to do business with, fast servie and shipping.

Tuesday, February 07, 2012Did not realize this could only be used for 240V applications. This is also a complicated device in that actually modifies the resistive load which is not really clear from the description and limits where it can be used.
If I had a baseboard heater, then I think this would be a cool device
Better description on how it regulates the energy to the heater based on temperature settings

I could have ordered a correct thermostat to handle my circulating pump motor load of .71 amps non resistive. I have found only the Aube TH 140-28 will work. Sorry, my fault.

Tuesday, December 06, 2011I installed one of these to more accurately control an electric heater in my shop. I liked it and decided to buy another one for my aunt's apartment wall heaters. They both work great!
Simple to operate, has backlighting at the push of a button that makes the digital readout easy to see in a dimly lit room and the digital display is larger than some other thermostats
It would be better if it could handle 20 amps instead of 15. My shop heater is rated 4000 watts on the high setting and about 2660 watts on low. I use it on the low setting just to prevent damaging the LineVoltPRO

Tuesday, August 16, 2011Purchased these thermostat's to replace original ones that were installed 15 years ago. These replacements are great. Since they are connected with four wires using 240volt input they can completed cut off heaters. The original used two hot wires and a common connection which means that you can not completely disconnect the heaters from the input. Also these units show the temperature in the room. These units are not sold in the Home Depots because they are for pro install only. Great buy at a great price. Similar units under private labels like Cadet sell for twice the cost.
The price, 5 year warranty, and the functionality.

Monday, March 21, 2011Very nice thermostat. Looks good on the wall. It keeps the room temperature right on the money. Not like the old dial thermostats. This line thermostat cuts full power off instead of one leg to the baseboard heater. It has a nice backlight too. I'm remodeling and bought a bunch of stuff the same day. Drillspot was the quickest delivering. Good product, good experience.

Monday, December 06, 2010This non-programmable thermostat from Honeywell looks great, works well and is easy to install if you have a 2 or 4 wire outlet. However if you have an existing 5 or 6 wire outlet this may cause some issues. Directions are for 4 wire installation only and if you contact Honeywell they will only assist license electricians. Drillspot service however is Outstanding. Not only did they offer the best price, when I'd purchased Tuesday online it was deliver to my door Thursday. From Colorado to New Jersey in 2 Days is amazing.
