Friday, June 17, 2011I ordered this product as replacement filters for my house. This was the cheapest price I had seen online with he lowest shipping cost. On the page it said it would ship within one to two business days when i ordered it, but about a week later I noticed that there wasn't a tracking number on my order status page and my order had not been shipped yet. I called customer service and they were GREAT in helping me. They were very nice and friendly and apologized for the delay, they noted that it was an error and that they actually ran out of filters in their stock, so they told me that they would be shipped out the next day. They were promptly shipped out the next day, and I got a phone call from customer service and was told that they would send me 2 FREE filters extra, and that they would arrive in the first shipment, with he five filters arriving in the second shipment. They were very prompt in responding to me and gave a great apology for the long wait!
