Intermittent-Duty Roller Pumps
- Pumps do not swell in water and maintain performance with chemical carriers such as xylene. Counterclockwise pump rotation (facing pump shaft) can be easily reversed for gas engine drivers. (Gas engines must be gear-reduced or belt-driven down to desired pump speed.) Ni-Resist alloy offers better corrosion resistance than cast iron, while SilverCast custom alloy provides corrosion resistance with harsh chemicals such as herbicides. All pumps have Super Rollers, Viton shaft seals, and double-sealed, heavy-duty ball bearings. 4-roller models also include drivers. 6- and 8-roller models adapt to tractor power take-offs. 3YB55 and 3YB56 have polypropylene rollers. For agricultural and lawn/garden chemical spraying, as well as various chemical transfer applications with nonflammable liquids, such as liquid fertilizers, insecticides, herbicides, and soil fumigants.
