Mispackaged Order
Wednesday, August 29, 2012I ordered a 2" drum adapter for my hand pump to transfer diesel fuel out of my 55 gallon plastic drum. The drum is coarse thread and the pump is fine thread.I received the adapter in one day, unfortunately, it was the wrong size. I called customer service at DrillSpot and was told it was probably packaged wrong and if they sent me another one, it would most likely be wrong also. I was given a full refund and the customer rep was very nice. Unfortunately, I still have no adapter.
