Snubber

I have a repair book for a 9040 Simplicity Tractor and one of the test tools requires a snubber. I had no Idea what they were. I asked at my local John Deere dealer, parts man had to go ask in the shop. was told it was an adapter. I thought that was a common pipe fitting. I tryed to do the test without it, didn't work. So here we are. I found this Wekster Pressure Snubber.
