Overpriced face-shields with inaccurate specificationsSaturday, November 20, 2010
These shields are overpriced, scratch prone, and are absolutely *NOT* antifog in cold weather conditions. These shields are incredibly easy to break, and are more of a pain in the butt than they are worth. I find myself going through these shields at least once a few months, which leads to spending 4 to 500 dollars in face shields. I know they must be soft to catch flashes and flying objects, but you can only have so many scratches on it before you can't even see through it anymore. let alone your breath fogging it in cold weather.
Protects against arc flashes
Be truly anti-fog, not scratch so darn easily.
