Kitchen Thru Wall Exhaust FanTuesday, January 24, 2012
Replaced an old fan with this one, noisy but good air movement.
Easy install and looks good
1/4 -20 threaded rod (hardware that holds the grill on) could be a 1/2" longer and a filter would of been nice.

Second one I bought. Good power gets all cooking steam & odor outside.
A Stainless Steel grill as an option
Broan 507 Kitchen Wall FanTuesday, February 15, 2011
My husband has a breathing problem and when I cook it bothers his breathing because the house gets all filled up with steam and gases from my stove. We live in a small cottage and the kitchen and living room are one big room. I put the fan over my stove go take out some of the cooking fumes. What I do after I run it a little l while I pull it closed enough to turn off the fan but still let fresh air in. Works...
Works great, helps our house out a lot
Fan is kinda noisey so I think if it has a 2 speed motor it might be better

This was delivered quickly and exactly what was needed. A great price too.
Broan Wall FanSunday, October 24, 2010
Shipping was free and very fast. Came just in time for the contractor to install. Bought it to replace a very old iron fan that was probably 50 years old. Fit perfectly in the same spot and sealed nicely.
It's an attractive looking fan and the seal materials provided gave it a very snug fit into the wall.
It's a little noisy.
Kitchen Exhaust Fan Broan 507Friday, April 24, 2009
Prompt service the best part. Fan is poorly designed. Directions were better off saying to put the whole thing together (excluding the grill) before going into the wall. Very hard to assemble the screws and all in a tight space (assemble all before). Also the the two housings need to have a tighter fit between them (too much space). The cave like object after the fan blades is too close to the fan blades which causes vibration or rattle when the blades hits that object (too close). I had to make some adjustments to inner housing and the grill so not to hear that noise, hopefully, it stays like that. Don't thing so, because when the fan is running, there's not enough of a tight fit on the housings plus the closeness of the fans blades and cave like object where the chain comes out after the fan assembly. Hope this is clear enough. All in all, poor design and directions. Don Rocco, NY
Poorly designed, poor directions, needs some revision all around.
