This is not like any gum rubber I ever saw. It has a slick feel instead of a rubbery feel. It has very low elasticity. Limited stretch. I bought this to place between a hybrid water heater (with heat pump) and a water heater stand, but I've found it useful for other purposes, such as a little square under my noisy coffee grinder. The grinder still makes noise, but doesn't send reverberations through the house structur... Read full review

I guess I expected it to be a bit more like the neoprene used in laptop cases which is a little softer of a material, this material is very hard rubber. Despite not being what I expected, I am overall pleased with the item. Read full review

This is actually a little too thick for the average person's slingshot pull....great product but quite strong....it can be used successfully if sliced thin...ie 1/4 to 3/8" wide....makes a very powerful slingshot band. Read full review

Good insulating product. If you have any wiring or electronic devices to be insulated and weather protected this will help you to achieve that. You can use it in combination with electrical insulating tape to get the maximum result. Read full review

Item is exactly as described, very durable, and reasonably priced. I really like the wide selection of hard-to-find items at DrillSpot. The "free" shipping is a bonus, and shipping is very fast!
